What You'll Do:
- Assist members by providing technical support through email and live chat.
- Test and log potential issues to be directed to quality assurance and development.
- Provide assistance with design, content, SEO, music distribution, and site reviews.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year in customer or technical support, with a high school diploma or greater.
- HTML, CSS, coding, or website experience preferred; design and graphics experience is a plus.
- Working evenings and/or one weekend day is required, with overnight coverage aligned with North American time zones.
Employment Details:
- Sponsorship is not available; we cannot sponsor visas, work permits, or extensions.
- Full-time employee role with compensation varying by location and experience; UK pay is £15-17/hr.
