• Design and maintain CMDB data models, governance policies, and reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy.
• Oversee hardware and software asset lifecycles, including license compliance, discovery, and inventory management.

• Manage data and data quality of ServiceNow IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and CMDB solutions.

• Support external and internal audits by ensuring asset inventory consistency, completeness, and traceability.
