Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Sellers focused on AIM XR, POCN, and Email solutions for Small and Emerging Biopharma segments.
  • Define and optimize go-to-market strategy, incorporating market insights and client feedback, and partner with product and analytics teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercialization, digital marketing, or data-driven healthcare solutions.
  • Strong understanding of pharma customer segments and proven ability to lead a high-performing commercial team.

Location and Travel:

  • US remote with approximately 15-20% domestic travel required.
  • Must reside in the same country as the job location.
