Responsibilities:

  • Identify and nurture strong customer advocates across segments, industries, and use cases;
  • Lead customer interviews and transform insights into compelling stories, case studies, testimonials, and spotlight features;
  • Manage and grow customer review programs (e.g., G2, Gartner Peer Insights) to support category leadership;

A typical week?

  • You’ll spend time identifying and nurturing customer advocates, interviewing users for case studies and testimonials
  • You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to align customer stories with go-to-market efforts
  • Brainstorming creative formats to managing content production, every week will bring a mix of strategy, storytelling, and execution

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or customer-facing roles;
  • Curious and experimental with new tools, excited to explore how AI can support content creation, workflows, and advocacy at scale;
  • Background in customer advocacy or community building, with experience running peer review programs (G2; Gartner Peer Insights)
