Customer Success
Overview:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in telecom and colocation within the existing customer base.
- Identify and document key contract milestones to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Drive renewals within the existing account base.
Your Impact:
- Primary territory liaison responsible for driving incremental growth of ePlus Solution Telecom & Colocation.
- Work with field sales to renew contracts for UCaaS, CCaaS, Connectivity, Colocation, and other XaaS solutions.
- Provide accurate forecasting and meet or exceed financial targets for assigned regions.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Business, Management, Computer Science, or Engineering field preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience selling Managed Service solutions with significant business development responsibilities.
- Proven success selling at the CXO and VP level, with knowledge of renewal services.
