About the job:
- Sits within the People Team, reporting to VP of Talent Experience and Inclusion.
- Focuses on designing and executing talent programs for R&D (Product & Engineering).
Responsibilities:
- Liaise between global TED team and R&D HRBPs & Leadership.
- Build VP/SVP pipelines and drive targeted development for key talent.
- Architect talent development approach using calibration and succession tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years as HRBP or talent management in a global tech environment.
- Deep understanding of cyclical HR processes and executive readiness programs.
