- Develop scalable workforce planning processes that align staffing capacity with current and future client demand.
- Partner with clinical, recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and operational teams to anticipate and resolve workforce challenges.
Team Leadership & Performance:
- Set clear performance expectations, accountability standards, and development objectives for Staffing Liaisons.
- Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and forecasts to improve caregiver utilization, reduce staffing gaps, and enhance service coverage.
Data-Driven Improvement:
- Identify operational inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Optimize workforce management practices, workflows, and technology utilization across different markets.
Integration & Collaboration:
- Ensure standardized processes, accurate documentation, and consistent use of operational systems across all regions.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives involving workforce forecasting, recruiting strategies, capacity planning, and operational excellence.
