Main Job Purpose:
- Drive sales and business development for premium tea and beverage solutions.
- Engage with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, manage distributors.
- Grow the business in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs set by senior management.
- Provide weekly reports on sales activities and pipelines to monitor progress.
- Manage distributors for stock availability, billing, inventory, hygiene standards, and ROI.
Competencies & Skill Set:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Fluency in English and local language.

- Within budget limits for brand activities organize promotion activities in consultation with the superiors.
