Main Job Purpose:

  • Drive sales and business development for premium tea and beverage solutions.
  • Engage with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, manage distributors.
  • Grow the business in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs set by senior management.
  • Provide weekly reports on sales activities and pipelines to monitor progress.
  • Manage distributors for stock availability, billing, inventory, hygiene standards, and ROI.

Competencies & Skill Set:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Fluency in English and local language.

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Professional, independent, and a strong team player with influential interpersonal skills.
  • Within budget limits for brand activities organize promotion activities in consultation with the superiors.
