Responsibilities:

  • Lead Business Assessment & Transition Strategy: Develop deep understanding of acquired businesses, assess risks, and execute stabilization plans.
  • Drive Organizational Integration: Evaluate talent, recommend staffing, and coach local leaders to align with Honor's operating model.
  • Implement Operational Change: Lead adoption of standard operating procedures and coordinate cross-functional implementation activities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years leading operational teams or business units with accountability for performance.
  • Experience leading organizational change, integrations, or business turnarounds.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base pay range: $158,220 - $175,800 USD per year.
  • Total rewards include equity, 401K with up to 4% match, medical/dental/vision coverage, fully employer-paid disability and life insurance, generous time off, and wellness programs.
