What You'll Do:
- Expanding relationships with customers and ensuring their success across our platform.
- Driving business efforts toward loyalty, renewals, expansion, satisfaction, and everything else related to customer growth and success.
- Devising creative ways to help our customers succeed with Huntress through training, education, and empowerment.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering solutions that increase end-user satisfaction and Huntress solution adoption.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned customer organizations.
- Developing creative ways to engage with customers.
What You Bring To The Team:
- Experience in direct customer sales leveraging the VAR & channel ecosystem.
- Experience in SaaS, preferably related to the cybersecurity industry
- Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively.
