Responsibilities:
- Partner with Support and Education leaders to run business reviews and prepare the quarterly Health Pack.
- Build Support capacity plans and work with FP&A and HR on AOP and headcount planning.
- Analyze Support and Education performance and turn results into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in business planning, operations analytics, or BI in a SaaS company.
- Advanced SQL, strong Excel/Sheets, and BI tool experience (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
