About the role:
- This is the first full-time operations seat on our sales team.
- You'll own everything between verbal yes and cash in the bank, plus the systems and forecast leadership relies on.
What you'll do:
- Roll out the ARR framework in HubSpot and reconcile with Finance monthly.
- Run the deal desk, including redlines, DPAs, RFPs, and commission calculations.
- Plan territories and quotas, and own the GTM tool stack.
