Own the Workday Talent & Compensation domain:
- Serve as the end‑to‑end owner for Performance, Goals, Succession, Skills, and Compensation configuration within Workday.
- Ensure solutions are consistent, scalable, and aligned with broader platform standards.
Translate programs into great systems:
- Partner closely with Talent and Total Rewards COEs to understand program intent and operational needs.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions that bring Talent and Compensation programs to life — without unnecessary complexity.
Continuously improve the experience:
- Assess existing configurations and identify opportunities to improve usability, adoption, and scalability.
- Monitor domain performance and user feedback to prioritize meaningful improvements.
