The Sales Enablement team enables the productivity of sales and go-to-market organizations through alignment with capital OKRs and a 360-degree enablement strategy. The Senior Manager of Sales Enablement will lead a team responsible for executing DoorDash’s strategic enablement initiatives across multiple sales lines of business, accelerating seller productivity, driving alignment with capital OKRs, and scaling programs globally across the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. This role involves designing and delivering enablement strategies supporting the seller lifecycle, establishing scalable workflows for content development, training delivery, and product feedback loops.
