Scope of Services:

  • Provide operational coordination and reporting support for customer-facing teams.
  • Build and maintain accurate reports and data trackers required for agreed-upon operational deliverables
  • Help administer standardized feedback requests and survey processes

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Strong English fluency (verbal and written)
  • Experience manipulating, organizing, and maintaining data in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred prior experience:

  • Operations coordination, program support, or administrative support
  • Sales support, Sales Administration, or Customer Success support
