Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end migration processes for multi-property portfolios.
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients during migrations.
- Partner with Operations, Marketing, Treasury, IT, Legal, and Training teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 4–6 years of experience in client services or property management.
- Experience leading large-scale projects preferred.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Yardi, SharePoint, and CRM platforms.
Work Environment:
- Fully remote position with no travel required.
- Fast-paced, collaborative, and independent work setting.
