You will identify top talent and manage the candidate experience for Pie's recruiting process.
You'll work across corporate and business groups to fill manager- to director-level roles.

What You'll Do:

Develop strategies to attract and engage top talent with passive candidate outreach.
Manage candidate flow through Greenhouse and give every candidate a world-class experience.
Partner with hiring teams and coach leaders through the recruiting process.

What We're Looking For:

8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting across multiple departments.
Experience with US claims roles and applicant tracking systems.
Advanced English proficiency and strong communication skills.
