Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process and candidate flow through our ATS, Greenhouse.
- Develop strategies to identify, attract, and engage top talent with a focus on passive outreach.
- Lead kickoffs, interview panels, and debriefs; partner with client groups to meet hiring goals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting across corporate functions; experience recruiting US claims roles.
- Advanced English (C1) required; experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong communication, business acumen, and ability to handle complex recruiting situations.
Location & Culture:
- Remote based in Mexico with overlap with US business hours.
