Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
• Develop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer development.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, staffing agency, or search environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.

Skills:

• Strong sourcing capabilities utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and other talent acquisition tools.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and social media recruiting tools.
• Strong consultation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Environment:

• Remote position requiring strong organizational skills and self-discipline.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment, in country.
