About the Role:
- The Associate Client Manager is the foundational role within the Client Management team, focused on learning the platform, product suite, and client operational standards.
- You will support Client Managers to ensure operational efficiency, data accuracy, and timely execution of day-to-day client needs.
- This role is a training ground for developing data literacy, communication skills, and strategic thinking required to advance to a Client Manager position.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of mainly passive clients, ensuring consistent service delivery and high satisfaction.
- Assist in day-to-day account management, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining documentation.
- Prepare routine reports, dashboards, and meeting materials for client check-ins, ensuring data integrity.
Who You Are:
- Entry-level experience in Client Success, Customer Support, Operations, or related field with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience in debt collections or default management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn complex software tools quickly.
