About the Role:
- Build and scale Backblaze's partner ecosystem from the ground up.
- Create strategy, programs, and routes-to-market that expand reach across AI infrastructure, cloud providers, and ISVs.
- Drive growth during the next phase of cloud adoption and AI infrastructure acceleration.
What You'll Do:
- Execute partner ecosystem strategy across OEMs, cloud providers, ISVs, distributors, and marketplaces.
- Develop partnerships with GPU cloud providers and compute platforms.
- Scale MSP, CDN, NeoCloud, and xSP partner programs with enablement and compensation models.
The Right Fit:
- 10+ years building partner or channel programs in cloud infrastructure or enterprise tech.
- Proven track record of scaling partner organizations through high-growth phases.
- Experience managing teams from 3 to 25 members and driving partner-sourced revenue.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with AI infrastructure providers or GPU cloud ecosystems.
- Existing relationships across NVIDIA, Veeam, Databricks, or similar partners.
- Background in cloud storage, object storage, or infrastructure software.
