About the Role:
- First point of contact for patients in a remote telehealth setting.
- Report directly to the Care Coordinator Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Answer patient questions and triage inquiries to medical staff.
- Ensure accurate data flow and troubleshoot platform issues.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in customer service with excellent patient care.
- Strong understanding of the trans experience and empathy.
