About the Role:
- Provide timely technical support to patients via email and phone.
- Gather feedback to help shape the product vision.
- Work Monday to Friday with shifts from 11am-7pm EST or 12pm-8pm EST.
About You:
- Excellent communication skills in English, with 2-3 years of customer service experience.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Passion for healthcare is an asset but not required.
