Focus on recruiting healthcare professionals including LCSW, LSW, LPC, LMFT, PMHNP, other clinical specialists, and clinical support roles.
Build robust candidate pipelines and deliver exceptional recruiting outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment.
This role reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition.

How you'll make an impact:

Conduct thorough candidate assessments including license verification, clinical experience evaluation, and values & mission alignment interviews.
Track and analyze recruiting metrics specific to clinical roles including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and retention rates.
Collaborate with the talent team to continuously improve clinical recruiting processes and candidate experience.

The basics you'll need:

3-5 years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience with licensed mental health professionals.
Proven track record sourcing candidates through healthcare-specific channels and professional networks.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust and rapport with clinical professionals.
