- Own the full partner lead tracking system, attribution reporting, and Salesforce coordination.
- Produce partner impact reports and dashboards showing revenue and outcomes from referrals.

- Draft enablement content, generate partner briefings from CRM data, and personalize outreach.
- Surface at-risk partner signals before they become problems.
- Use AI tools regularly from day one as a core part of operations.
