Christmas is our busiest time, and we need reliable team members to help give customers an excellent experience.

The role:

You will help customers with order queries, deliveries, returns, and product questions.
Most work is written customer service through email, helpdesk tickets, and online messages.
You will be part of a small, supportive team and receive training on systems and products.

What you’ll be doing:

Handling order updates, missing parcels, refunds, and stock availability.
Using templates and AI tools while checking that every reply is accurate and personal.
Escalating complex issues to the permanent team and keeping clear records.

What we’re looking for:

Experienced in customer service with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
Comfortable using computers, organised, and reliable during the Christmas peak.
Interest in food or cooking is helpful but not essential.
