What You'll Do:
- Represent a leading online apparel and accessories retailer with expertise and positivity.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, chat, SMS, email, and social media.
- Take ownership of issues and meet performance metrics while recommending improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- At least a year of customer service experience and a high school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A quiet home-office environment with reliable internet and ability to pass security checks.

Compensation:
- $18 per hour plus a $300 Sign-On Bonus.
- Seasonal full-time role through mid to late October.
