Seasonal Live Services Agent

About the Role:

• You will be the first point of contact for customers with home service needs, providing empathetic support and practical solutions.
• This is a fully remote, three-month seasonal position with both part-time and full-time scheduling options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer questions by phone, explain service options, and book appointments.
• Investigate concerns and leverage resources to find creative solutions.
• Meet performance metrics and advocate for customers while using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer support, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Problem-solving abilities, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
