Overview:

Schedule & Training:
- Paid training lasts approximately one week with mandatory attendance.
- Work Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST with schedules varying by business needs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED and prior customer service experience preferred.
- Strong computer navigation skills with ability to use dual monitors and multiple databases.
Additional Information:
- This temporary position is expected to continue through December with opportunities for additional hours.
