Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns to a warm but low-engagement cohort of international and domestic customers.
  • Drive volume and secure commitments for the T20 platform promotion, feeding the pipeline for Professional Services.
  • Navigate objections from customers unaware of product suite or at churn risk, re-educating on value.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years proven success as a BDR, Inside Sales, or Account Retention Specialist in SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience working with existing customers and handling migration conversations.
  • High proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tech stack such as Gong Engage.
