• Own the end-to-end contracting workflow across customer contracts.

The Contracts Manager will be a critical link between our sales and operations teams—helping to ensure our customer contracts are executed efficiently, accurately, and on time. You’ll take ownership of the contracting process , driving deals forward by coordinating reviews, resolving bottlenecks, and managing communication between internal stakeholders and external clients. Partner closely with our fractional legal counsel to ensure contracts align with company policies and risk tolerance while maintaining momentum toward closing deals.

• Process all HCP payments and expense reimbursements accurately and timely.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding contract status and logistics.
