The Contracts Manager will be a critical link between our sales and operations teams—helping to ensure our customer contracts are executed efficiently, accurately, and on time. You’ll take ownership of the contracting process , driving deals forward by coordinating reviews, resolving bottlenecks, and managing communication between internal stakeholders and external clients. Partner closely with our fractional legal counsel to ensure contracts align with company policies and risk tolerance while maintaining momentum toward closing deals.

Review, draft, negotiate, and track a variety of legal agreements, including confidentiality agreements and clinical study agreements. Work with the Clinical Operations study team to ensure deliverables align with defined study timelines. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards, and update relevant study team members on contract negotiation status.
