What You’ll Do:
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls from Pros.
- Diagnose the root cause of their frustration, and pivot the conversation toward a solution that demonstrates long-term ROI.
- Partner with Account Management and Support teams to resolve technical or billing roadblocks.
In this role, you will need:
- Experience navigating and maintaining data integrity within a CRM.
- Comfort using cloud-based telephony systems in a high-volume, fast-paced inbound environment.
- Ability to explain digital advertising metrics and platform tools to non-technical users.
