The Major Gifts Officer is a frontline fundraiser responsible for managing, growing, and stewarding a portfolio of individual major donors giving $10,000+. Reporting to the Director of Individual Philanthropy, this role will advance Trevor’s major fundraising initiatives — including campaigns and annual giving — to help ensure long-term sustainability for our programs.

Drive the success of product sales efforts by building relationships with nonprofits. The Director of Client Success will partner with the Growth Team to execute product sales strategies and build strong client relationships. This role requires someone with a strong nonprofit network and understanding of fundraising strategies. Responsibilities include tracking sales goals, leveraging the nonprofit network, and maintaining client satisfaction.
