You'll be a trusted advisor to some of our largest and most complex customers, helping them get the most out of Buildkite. Manage a portfolio of high-value, strategic customers, understanding their goals and helping them get value from Buildkite. Be the number one point of contact for anything customer related.
Retain, expand, and grow enterprise accounts in the $50K–$400K ARR range into million-dollar partnerships. Elevate relationships with long-standing customers, moving beyond operational contacts to build executive alignment. Guide clients to expand their use of Cloud, AI, and GPU-based workloads to deliver meaningful business value.
Technical Account Managers are highly experienced Architects who are comfortable with a very client facing role and who dedicate themselves to a small set of strategic clients, (~4 per TAM). They must be quick on their feet and able to put a positive spin on challenging customer situations, both in the boardroom with a client CTO and while sharing the command line with a client admin. They must be effective technically, both as communicators and doers.
