Assists Research Administrative Services leadership in the day-to-day operations and administrative management of staff performing pre- or post-award activities for the sponsored projects research portfolio for their assigned department, division or school. Assists RAS leadership to hire, train and evaluate staff and monitors compliance with agency and University reporting regulations. Works with stakeholders to address any problems or issues that arise.
