The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company by partnering with RRD Sales to identify new business opportunities with existing customers, leveraging strategic partnerships, and leading initiatives that enhance the company’s market presence. This role requires a deep understanding of business, financials, RRD products/services, and the challenges of clients.

As a B2B Business Development Representative (BDR), you will drive revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads and initiating the early stages of the sales process. Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, emailing, and social media outreach. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Drive Business Growth: Take ownership and lead growth of our spot trading market share, which includes partnering with cross-functional teams and identifying opportunities for growth. Systematically plan the roadmap for business growth together with key stakeholders. Strong data analysis skill, can dig out the key insights from data analysis. Build and run a high-efficiency daily operation system to support rapid growth of the business.
