Seeking a Construction Engineer/Manager to join our dynamic CE&I team in Ohio, you will provide onsite management/inspection of construction projects and management support of other construction projects, primarily linear construction projects such as DOT transportation construction and utility infrastructure construction. Lead CE&I teams and/or help manage complex roadway and transportation projects.

Lead projects through construction phases, providing field contract administration and coordination for programs or projects. Supervise staff to ensure contractorβs activities are monitored and controlled in accordance with design specifications and contractual requirements. Act as the on-site liaison between the client, company personnel, and contractors to resolve project issues, reporting to the area manager.
Plan and oversee activities to achieve building production goals, producing cost estimates, creating scopes of work and schedules, reviewing plans, and vetting and recommending vendors and subcontractors. Manage project costs by comparing budgeted versus actual expenses, monitoring trends, and proposing refinements. Manage sub-contracted work involves soliciting bids and RFPs, scheduling, quality control, and establishing work parameters through contracts, change orders, and notice to proceed orders.
The Digital Delivery Design Data Collaboration Lead will define and implement our firm-wide approach to design data environments, ensuring efficient collaboration, version control, and data governance across all project phases. You will guide the integration of cloud-based design and construction workflows, focusing on Bentleyβs ProjectWise and Infrastructure Cloud, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Oversee and coordinate activities within the craft according to project blueprints and schedule plans. Coordinate with subcontractors, perform quality control and safety checks, and provide on-site direction, ensuring all OSHA guidelines are followed and working with vendors to meet specs.
