We are looking for passionate, inspirational, hands-on leaders for Pure’s fast-growing and innovative Cyber Resilience Field Solutions Architect team; compose of highly motivated technical sales resources whose goal is to develop and lead Pure’s Cyber Resilience business, including providing guidance, enablement, and support of sales opportunities and partnerships across their assigned region.
This is a strategic leadership role offering the chance to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies while shaping the Security Operations strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a background as a current or former SOC Manager with hands-on technical experience and the ability to manage at both strategic and tactical levels. You will be deeply involved in day-to-day security operations and play a crucial role in hands-on technical work during critical incidents.
Support a remote-first, flexible shift schedule and lead a talented team of Support Engineers, Team Leaders, and Managers. Responsible for ensuring customers receive world-class technical support for our complex cybersecurity products. Build and mentor a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and act as a key liaison between our customers and our product and engineering teams.
