As a Solution Engineer, you'll assess requirements and recommend pipeline improvements to manage data export and delivery, working on a cross-functional team to promote innovative solutions. The role involves designing tools for brands to understand customers and improve shopping experiences, requiring expertise in data pipelines, integration, and quality initiatives.

Design, develop, and implement end-to-end data solutions, including data architecture, test plans, and proof of concepts. Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for batch and real-time data processing. Optimize and enhance existing data pipelines to improve reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency. Partner with analytics and data science teams to enable data-driven insights and machine learning at scale.

Design, build, and operate our foundational data-heavy services: storage (cloud data warehouse, data lake), orchestration (Airflow), batch processing (Spark, SQL), streaming services (Kafka), query federation and caching, time-series db, graph db, and real-time event aggregation stores. Build and maintain data integration & process SDKs for use by internal services and product teams throughout Coinbase.
