As a Software Engineer on the BI Engineering team, you’ll help build and shape the backbone for analytics needs across the organization. You’ll work with Analysts, Data & ML Engineers, as well as other internal teams to define and shape self-service analytics and a data-driven organization. The company is looking for two Senior Data Engineers to support a large-scale initiative for the mining industry. You will work with a global delivery team focused on data platform scalability, sensor data modeling, and analytics for real-world operational insights, helping teams unlock value from IoT sensor streams and complex data workflows across geographies.

Build efficient and robust data pipelines for large volumes of data, from internal databases and SaaS applications, using Fivetran, Airbyte or Python. Develop and optimize transformation data models using Redshift, Dbt, Dagster and other tools. Monitor and maintain our cloud data warehouse (Redshift) with timely and quality data.

Apply and develop advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning methods to analyze imaging and multi-omics data across diverse biomedical research areas, including cancer, aging, longevity, and neurodegenerative disorders. Collaborate closely with research faculty and Scientific Services to advance JAX’s strategic priorities. Process and harmonize multi-omics and imaging datasets and analyze them using existing bioinformatics or AI/ML tools and adapt methods as needed.

As a Data Engineer at Atropos Health, you will turn healthcare data into information by cleaning, transforming, and analyzing large healthcare datasets.
