The Lead Insights Analyst will join the dynamic and growing Insights team to translate complex data into actionable business insights and support the growth of their direct reports. This role involves managing an insights analyst, liaising with counterparts, providing in-depth analysis, building data products, and acting as the primary data contact for a specific business area.

You will improve Large Language Model’s performance by labeling, ranking, auditing, and correcting text output thus having a lasting impact on Cohere’s tech. You will accurately label and rank machine learning data, scrutinize and rectify any inaccuracies in language data, and efficiently complete reading and text-based assignments.

As an Analyst in Data Science, you will analyze and interpret the results of survey research studies that measure customer satisfaction, and provide technical programming expertise working with Python, SQL, and other automation tools. You will work closely with other researchers and scientists in the execution of programs to run advanced statistical modeling, data mining and analysis on survey and non-survey data.
