As a Data Coordinator, you will organize, maintain, and validate critical datasets supporting operational and research initiatives. You will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment. Your work involves data entry, cleaning, transformation, and preparing reports that provide actionable insights to internal teams.

• Provides support to the leadership team to create and oversee the revenue cycle reporting process.
• Generates data and reports on a regular schedule and provides analysis and insight regarding the data.
• Assists with special projects within revenue cycle operations as required.

Lead the assessment of new data sources, including coverage, quality, compliance, and commercial potential. Build and deploy statistical, predictive, and machine learning models to extract relevant insights from data. Lead client-facing meetings to present analytical findings, demonstrate product capabilities, and guide solution adoption.

• Power data pipelines for an AI-driven claims recovery platform.
• Build clean data flows.
• Work with modern tools like Databricks and dbt.

• Develop reliable, comprehensive tracking and analysis of customer usage metrics.
• Turn data into actionable insights to guide Product, GTM, and Finance strategies.
• Build intuitive dashboards and tools that make complex insights easy to act on.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain custom and off-the-shelf applications, with a focus on ETL/SSIS processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, identifying root causes and implementing technical solutions.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on applications and new system functionality.

• Generate text prompts, source open-domain images, and provide contextual safety explanations tailored for the Singapore market.
• Ensure that all generated content is accurate, culturally relevant, and aligns with project safety guidelines.
• Translate the culturally adapted English prompts into Hindi, Tamil, or Singaporean Malay.

Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and real-time data pipelines that power analytics, experimentation, and machine learning. Partner cross-functionally with analytics, product, engineering and operations to deliver high-quality data solutions that drive measurable business impact. Develop and maintain curated, well-modeled datasets that serve as trusted sources of truth across the organization.

Deliver recommendations and actionable insights to stakeholders to help drive revenue. Optimize GTM motions using technical and business intuition, ensuring data-driven approaches drive efficiency and revenue growth. Solve complex problems through novel data solutions and analytics, and support the development of predictive models.
