This is not your average Support Engineer role where you'll closely be collaborating with Software Engineering teams at places like Canva, Uber and Airbnb and also play a vital role in shifting the support team into a 50% reactive, 50% proactive function by designing and implementing preventive and scalable tools and processes.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be a crucial member of our infrastructure team, managing and maintaining our financial services platform built on a 24x7, highly available architecture. As one of the first joiners to our Reliability Engineering Team at ClickHouse, you will be responsible for building and leading processes to ensure the reliability, availability, scalability, and performance of our cloud infrastructure that runs ClickHouse databases. You will collaborate with different teams to implement scalable, secure, highly available and fault-tolerant distributed systems.

Develop the platform to support the full lifecycle of protocol feature development, encompassing both infrastructure and protocol developer tooling. Implement tooling to automate deployments of the OP Stack and maintain/improve our Kubernetes-based infrastructure. Design and implement tools, SDKs and APIs to increase protocol development velocity.

Make targeted fixes to code and related infrastructure services, from simple cleanup of unused resources to updating cache sharding and deployment patterns for better performance. Work with Location Cloud and Site Reliability teams, investigate infrastructure inefficiencies, closely work with AWS and Kubernetes. Modernize CI/CD infrastructure.

Accelerate our core engineering team by developing CI and CD pipelines for smart contract deployments and upgrades, rollup node upgrades and TEE prover infrastructure. Implement comprehensive logging, monitoring, and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack to ensure system health and performance. Design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure-as-code (IaC) for rollup nodes and validator services using tools like Terraform and Ansible.

In this role, you will help Procurify scale up to the next level of growth by leading the DevOps and Security functions. You will support Procurify's existing CI/CD infrastructure, manage a team of engineers, and work with engineering teams to shift security left, growing a culture of security-first thinking.

Lead infrastructure engineering by overseeing architecture, security, and development of scalable and secure infrastructure for internal engineering teams. Partner with engineering teams to analyze their infrastructure needs and develop tailored, intrusion-resistant solutions. Improve observability of infrastructure to ensure high reliability and performance. Position includes a telecommuting benefit from anywhere in the United States.
