• Create game-ready weapons and other hard surface assets from concept to final polish.
• Collaborate with Leads, Concept Artists, Designers, Animators, and Engineers to ensure assets meet technical and artistic standards.
• Provide and implement constructive feedback across the art team, including to outsource vendors, to maintain consistency and quality.
