As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you'll create scalable, digital-first learning experiences that help GitLab customers get real value from our AI powered DevSecOps platform. You’ll focus on building modular, on-demand digital courses and virtual instructor led training, applying adult learning theory, instructional design best practices, and your technical aptitude to craft content that meets customers where they are and helps them grow into confident GitLab champions. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners to keep content aligned with product updates, and you’ll iterate based on data and learner feedback so our education programs stay current, impactful, and easy to consume at scale.

Designs, develops, updates, and maintains engaging training content tailored to specific customer roles. Creates courses that support effective learning and smooth implementation of imaging informatics solutions. Participates in product introduction processes to identify impact to customer roles and creates/updates courses and/or content.

As an Instructional Designer for the Komodo Academy, you will be focused on creating high-quality, scalable eLearning content for Komodo's data software products, as well as for Marmot™, Komodo’s core Generative AI platform. The content you create will have a direct impact on customer success and retention. You'll design learning experiences that empower Komodo Health’s customers to unlock the full potential of data and analytics products.

An experienced Learning Experience Designer is creative and adaptive, with experience in new learning solutions and asset development. You have adult learning theory in mind, and enjoy partnering with Trainers and partners to up-level the state of current training resources. Actively investigate potential learning solutions and author learning plans with performance-based learning objectives.

You will create clear, engaging learning experiences that help AHEAD employees build skills and perform at their best. Key member of AHEAD’s Talent Development team, working closely with a Talent Development Partner, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts (SMEs). Create storyboards, scripts, outlines, and visual concepts that guide development.

• Works with subject matter experts to design and create training products.
• Develops instructionally valid and engaging training materials for various delivery methods.
• Ensures integrity of task analysis, training requirements, and evaluation plans.

Create engaging, scalable training content for both internal teams and external Expert Contributor (EC) network. Build foundational learning materials that enable GTM, Delivery, and EC communities to excel in their roles. Focused on content creation, course development, and producing didactic materials that drive knowledge retention and performance.

Design and deliver engaging, effective learning experiences across a complex organization. Translate complex processes into instructional content that enhances staff performance and professional development. Develop e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, multimedia content, and job aids.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, performance-based e-learning courses and curriculum.
• Work closely with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create learning programs.
• Utilize e-learning authoring tools like Articulate (Storyline/Rise) and multi-media tools like the Adobe Creative Suite.
