As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you'll create scalable, digital-first learning experiences that help GitLab customers get real value from our AI powered DevSecOps platform. You’ll focus on building modular, on-demand digital courses and virtual instructor led training, applying adult learning theory, instructional design best practices, and your technical aptitude to craft content that meets customers where they are and helps them grow into confident GitLab champions. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners to keep content aligned with product updates, and you’ll iterate based on data and learner feedback so our education programs stay current, impactful, and easy to consume at scale.
