The senior instructional designer is responsible for creating, managing, optimizing, and training to high-quality curricula that support internal onboarding, field trainers, and sterile reprocessing initiatives, launches, and new product development. This role emphasizes content creation, curriculum development, project management, and training.

In this role, you will apply industry-standard design and development principles to create effective training solutions using prescribed tools for internal and external customers. You will demonstrate mastery of adult learning and technology-based training theories and bring a thorough understanding of the challenges that are unique to training for a customer services organization in a high-tech environment.

The Instructional Designer I will work closely with the Director of Learning & Development (L&D) and other team members to create effective and engaging learning interventions. Plans, develops, implements and administers complex, innovative and engaging eLearning and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) curriculum, including all associated training materials. Administers ILT courses to Alliance staff. Requires experience in instructional design, video editing, and knowledge of adult learning theories.
