The Epic Instructional Designer works under the direction of the training team manager and is responsible for developing and maintaining course curricula and supporting training materials for applications. They will participate during workflow analysis & design with Subject Matter Experts to ensure congruity between system design and lesson plans.
Assist with the development of high quality, engaging and innovative course. Provide instructional design and instructional technology support to faculty. Evaluate the accessibility, quality, and effectiveness of course design and create a process for continuous improvement of course delivery.
In this position, you will help maintain the existing training catalog by coordinating audits to validate course accuracy and revising course materials where appropriate. You may also assist with developing supporting materials for new training solutions. This position is focused on short-term/quick-turnaround assignments and reports to the Director of Learning & Organizational Change.
