We are looking for a Lido Staking Analyst with proven experience driving the profitability of a staking fleet. You will strategise and work collaboratively to enhance Nimbus's Lido fleet, focusing primarily on strategies that maximize profits and ensure competitiveness. Essentially, you will own the staking strategy roadmap towards profitability and long-term sustainability.

As an OTC Trader, you will work with experienced traders and quantitative researchers to manage the OTC portfolio, utilizing risk management and research to identify trading opportunities and execute hedging trading strategies. Manage the desk’s open positions, stay updated with market trends, and communicate cross-functionally within the global team.
