As a Solutions Support Engineer, you will be part of a global team responsible for providing outstanding technical support experience. You will troubleshoot technical problems for customers with a mix of debugging, networking, system administration, updating documentation, and creating solutions for customers while scaling our support offering using coding and scripting.

The Solutions Engineer is responsible for reviewing and implementing technology solutions in a customer-facing role. As part of the Project Engineering team, they focus on Microsoft Cloud solutions and related technologies such as Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure. The Systems Engineer will work closely with Project Managers and senior technical resources on a project team to ensure successful project execution.
