Serve as the front line for technical support requests from Roadie’s network of senders and internal departments. The Integrations Support Engineer should be both tech-savvy and business-oriented, combining the best of both worlds to ensure an effective and seamless experience for Roadie's customers.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in knowledge systems, organizational design, AI tools, cross-team collaboration, and change management. The intern will assist in platform migration, content development, stakeholder collaboration, and monitoring, contributing to improved knowledge sharing across teams.
