As a Market Development Representative at Rad AI, you’ll be on the front lines of Rad AI's growth engine—turning interest into qualified conversations and pipeline, engaging radiology groups and health systems, educating them on where Rad AI fits, and booking high-quality meetings for our Sales Reps. This is an individual contributor role where you’ll own clear meeting targets and run structured outbound and inbound follow-up, and be a key connector between Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.

As the Director of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for fueling predictable, efficient revenue growth for Greenhouse. Reporting directly to the VP of Growth Marketing, you will own the strategy, orchestration, and performance of our demand funnel across all acquisition channels. This is a highly strategic and analytical leadership role accountable for achieving marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue targets across three key segments: Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB.
